They served those who serve the mankind and their gratitude, at least in Switzerland, is none! Legally and morally, the Swiss police K-9 is worth nothing. It is an object, it is a thing. But we shall fight so that one day they are recognized by their just value and so that our superiors and the justice realize finally all the complicity, the dedication, the passion and the love that it exists between a police dog and his handler.

I often should interrupt the editorial  to assure me that my companion, who were sleeping peacefully near the fireplace, was well alive and I could not refrain from sending him long and tender caresses.
